Once a consultation or horoscope reading has been prepared and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If a client cancels a request before the consultation has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
If you experience any issues with your order or believe a mistake has been made in your reading due to incorrect information provided, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
