What information do I need to provide?
You will need your exact date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (city and country). Accurate birth time significantly improves the precision of your reading.
How long does it take to receive my reading?

Standard delivery is within 5–7 days.

Are the readings automated?

No. Every reading is personally prepared and interpreted using traditional Sri Lankan astrological methods. We do not use automated or generic horoscope software.

How will I receive my reading?

Your completed reading will be delivered as a structured PDF report via email. However, we can post your original hard copy birth chart on request.

Can I ask specific life questions?

Yes. Our Birth Chart + 5 Questions package allows you to submit up to five personal questions relating to career, relationships, finances, or major decisions.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All personal information and birth details are treated with strict confidentiality and used only for the preparation of your reading.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalised nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once a reading has been prepared.

Is this a substitute for professional advice?

No. Our readings provide spiritual guidance and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Do you offer live consultations?

Currently, readings are delivered in written format. Live consultations may be introduced in the future.

How accurate is astrology?
